About Zoe Production
Zoe Production was founded in 2020 by Adam in Sweden, and named after his firstborn daughter, Zoe, who was born the same year.
With several years of experience in managing a Shopify store, Adam realized the need for a solution that would allow customers to select whether they were purchasing as a business or private consumer. This selection would then display prices with or without VAT, depending on the customer's choice.
After searching for an app that offered this functionality in the Shopify app store and coming up empty-handed, Adam decided to take matters into his own hands. He set out to build the app himself, and the result was the creation of Tax Selector - a must-have app for all Shopify merchants selling both B2B and B2C.
Tax Selector enables every customer in your Shopify store to choose whether they are buying as a business (B2B) or individual (B2C). This selection then adjusts the price to either exclude or include VAT. The app is perfect for merchants who sell to both private consumers and businesses.
In addition to improving the shopping experience for customers, Tax Selector also solves the problem of displaying shopping ads on Google for B2B sellers with prices excluding VAT in the EU. With Tax Selector, Google will recognize that your store also offers prices including VAT, allowing your products to appear in Google Shopping.
